No refunds will be provided after the performance time and date specified on the tickets.
If you are unable to attend your show time, we can swap the tickets for a different show time at the box office, or refund the tickets online. To request a refund, please fill out your information here. Ticket refunds and swaps can only be done up to 1 hour before the original showtime.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. The exact time frame may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Please allow for additional time if necessary and contact your financial institution if you experience any delays.
