Cette grande traversée des Pyrénées, entre Atlantique et Méditerranée, réalisée seul sur le mythique GR10 en 67 jours, est beaucoup plus qu’une longue randonnée pédestre de 900 Km ; c’est une immersion au cœur du « pyrénéisme ». Un film profondément humain qui nous élève vers des lacs d’altitude et nous conduit aussi vers des locaux qui nous parlent de leurs vies, de leurs langues et de leurs traditions. Ils sont conteur, guide de Parc national des Pyrénées, accompagnateur en montagne, historien, gardien de refuge ou bergers. Nous découvrons cette chaîne des Pyrénées riche d’une faune et d’une flore exceptionnelles : marmottes, isards, vautours… De bivouacs en refuges, nous cheminons sur le GR10 pour découvrir cette montagne dans toute sa biodiversité et sa splendeur. Un film coup de cœur qui a nécessité trois années de tournage.
Cette traversée en solitaire sur le GR10 entre l’Atlantique et la Méditerranée est bien plus qu’une randonnée de 900 km: c’est une véritable immersion dans le « pyrénéisme ».
